However, every user who needs to access a shared mailbox must already hold their own Microsoft 365 licence — the licences you've selected on the previous steps cover this. Up to 5 shared mailboxes are included in the Setup & Consultancy Package if selected.

We will confirm the exact registration cost before any purchase is made. Pricing varies by extension — typical prices are £5–£15/year depending on the TLD (.co.uk, .com, .org, etc.).
